These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Selfie Isla Mallorca (“the provider”) and the client booking our photobooth and photo booth rental services in Mallorca. By making a booking, the client fully accepts these terms.
1. Subject matter
Selfie Isla Mallorca offers photobooth, photo booth and related services for events held on the island of Mallorca (Spain). Specific services, duration, price and particular conditions are detailed in the quote accepted by the client.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed by:
• The client’s acceptance of the quote.
• Payment of the agreed deposit (typically 30–50% of the total amount).
Until the deposit is received and written confirmation is provided, the date is not reserved and may be booked by another client.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client (see clause 5).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are detailed in the personalised quote. Unless otherwise stated, prices DO NOT include VAT (21% in Spain).
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.
The remaining balance (after the deposit) must be paid at least 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client obligations
The client undertakes to:
• Provide accurate event information (date, time, exact address, event type).
• Ensure access for the team at least 2 hours before the event for setup.
• Provide a minimum space of 2×2 metres with standard electrical access (220V).
• Communicate any venue restrictions before confirming the booking.
• Not interfere with the technical equipment or allow third parties to do so.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
In the event of cancellation by the client:
• More than 30 days before: 30% of the deposit is retained as an admin fee.
• Between 15 and 30 days before: full deposit is forfeited.
• Less than 15 days before: 100% of the total service fee is due.
In the event of cancellation by Selfie Isla Mallorca (except force majeure), the client will receive a full refund of amounts paid.
6. Service modifications
Any changes to agreed conditions (date, time, location, duration) must be communicated at least 15 days in advance and are subject to availability and possible price adjustment.
7. Liability
Selfie Isla Mallorca shall not be liable for: damage to equipment caused by misuse by event attendees; loss of images due to force majeure or unforeseeable technical failure; venue restrictions not communicated in advance.
In any case, the maximum liability of Selfie Isla Mallorca shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the contracted service.
8. Intellectual property
Photos, GIFs, boomerangs and other content generated during the event belong to the attendees who create them. Selfie Isla Mallorca reserves the right to use event images for promotional purposes, unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing before the event.
9. Online gallery and digital data
The private online gallery will be available for a minimum of 30 days after the event. After this period, images may be deleted from our servers. The client is responsible for downloading and saving images within this period.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
